It has helped myself and many others to limit food cravings and simplify our lives.

Intermittent Fasting is great but it’s not as easy as it sounds. Simply skipping breakfast and waiting until 1pm to eat your first meal won’t work in the long run.

Kinobody Is Not Afraid of Going Against the Mainstream’s Advice
A lot of the advice goes against what you’ll hear from bodybuilders. That’s not really a surprise because naturals need different methods to guys using tons of steroids.
Only in the Bodybuilding community is this little detail forgotten. Everyone wants to use the same program as their favourite IFBB pro.
If you want results, you need to be realistic in terms of where you are in your training career. You probably aren’t super advanced yet…so why follow programs made for experienced lifters?
It doesn’t make any sense to me which is why I love Greg O’Gallagher’s programs. He simplifies dieting and leaves out all the garbage you don’t need.
I really wish I had decided to use this program earlier in my body transformation. It would have saved me years of trial and error and a lot of frustration.
Don’t make the same mistake I did…
Save yourself some time by using the Aggressive Fat Loss 2.0 protocol.
And let me be very clear: You don’t need this program (or any fat loss program or supplement) to reach your goals.
I actually learnt how to lift weights and eat for fat loss from free resources on the internet. You could do the same; but I don’t recommend that approach.
If you’re serious about reaching your training goals, you’d be better of simply investing $47 into a paid product like AFL.
Trust me on this, you’ll progress considerably faster and safe yourself a lot of “research” time.

This program works. Do not change anything about it (unless you absolutely have to for medical reasons).
You might think you’re smart and can improve the program.
Well, Greg is a smart guy too and there’s a reason he wrote the program the way he did.
You’re far more likely to mess it up than to improve it.
If you were an expert on training, that would be a differnent discussion. However in that case, you wouldn’t need this program in the first place.

Greg O’Gallagher included a very practical cheat sheet in this program.
I’ve used this a lot because it’s a very efficient way to remind myself what I need to do.
Instead of having to go searching for details in the main manual, I just open the cheat sheet. In 30 seconds I can get a quick refresher on the most important parts of the program.

Kinobody Aggressive Fat Loss Audiobook
Personally, I’m not a huge fan of audiobooks.
I just don’t find them an efficient use of my time. Reading the guide is so much quicker than listening to the audio version.
But that’s just me…I know a lot of you love audiobooks so I’m including it here.
If you travel a lot or listen to audiobooks while doing cardio, I can see how this would be a great bonus for you.
Private Kinobody Facebook Group
The Kinobody community is a great group of people.
I was amazed at how many helpful and motivational messages were being posted in the Facebook group.
Greg O’Gallagher is probably too busy to answer personal emails at this point. This would be the perfect place to ask questions if you’re struggling with something.
I’m sure one of the members or a Kinobody admin will be able to help you with whatever you’re struggling with.
